I've got great news about this fantastic green plant! Not only is it gorgeous, but it's also a tremendous food source. You can eat the leaves, stems, flowers, and even the tiny green "peas" inside the flowers. They're delicious and versatile. You can enjoy them in salads, soups, steamed, or sautéed, just like you would asparagus.
I've never tried this plant, so I don't know if it'll work. But I'll give it a try!
